Today is Jumpin Bean’s Birthday. 10 years ago we were in the hospital, patiently waiting for him to enter the world. At first, he seemed anxious to come out here and stretch and kick – for he sure did his share of stretching and kicking in the womb. Then, he slowed down a little, and the birth turned into a waiting game.
When finally he was born, we were so surprised to find a head full of dark hair! We all took a short nap – for it was hard work – and then it was meal time…. and boy was JJ hungry! He ate with an urgency I had never seen before. He still eats that way!
The next day, we brought our little bundle of energy home – and life has never been the same! Happy Birthday JB!
